However, it starts right back again no check engine light. We replaced the crank sensor it does it any time cold or hot.

Engine shuts off randomly?

Most of the time when this happens the fuel pump is going out, but to be sure when the engine stops running you can use starting fluid to confirm the engine is not getting fuel. Also, when the engine stops running try to listen for the fuel pump running inside the fuel tank.

Also, you can check to see if the fuel pump is getting power but not working, use this guide to check for power at the blue wire at the fuel pump cover.
