A resistance test will rarely tell you anything as to the functionality of a Crank sensor. It needs to be tested using a lab scope and comparing wave patterns.

They don't call it a crank sensor. I found an engine speed sensor.
Condition: min to max resistance.
Terminals: 1, 2
specification: resistance
Low value: 1000000000.0
High value: the same
Unit of measure: ohms
