Engine cranks but will not start

Fuel level indicator goes below empty when I turn the car on. Gas tank is full. Fuel reset button has been reset.

Your fuel pump might not be working. It sounds like you might have a weak or failing fuel pump not providing adequate fuel pressure. I would suggest performing a fuel pressure test. Here is a tutorial showing what is involved:
