Engine cranks but will not start. I have checked fuel pressure 37 psi at fuel rail and the fuel pump relay energizes in ignition mode. I have also checked the inertia switch which has not been tripped what else should I go through?

You should have initial prime when you first turn on the key, no crank. At the moment, I do not know if the fuel pump has voltage with engine cranking. On your vehicle, you should not need rpm signal for initial prime, but with engine cranking, you need rpm signal. Do you have TFI module attached to distributor? Ford has had problems with those modules. I cannot be certain that is your problem? I know some people that carry a spare module in their glove box, because of problems.
Engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs? Any applicable trouble codes?
At the top of page is a link for repair guides, a lot of good information.
