Engine ran fine when first start fuel tank showed 12 miles on it fill up at chevron gas station drove 2 miles no problem park truck at store 1hour later got into truck to start the vacuum pump on truck started then at same time as normal started truck but would crank but not turn over. Pop open the hood saw corrosion on positive terminal disconnected this and cleaned up terminal got back into truck started up ran for 5 seconds and then stalled now truck will not run. Checked batter saw cells half full filled up with distilled water had friend come over to help with car jump I hook up terminal the correct way let there car run to charge my battery and my battery was charging tried to start car all it would do is just crank over I had it towed home I have no clue what is wrong since I had drained the battery when I got home I tried to check for codes it show 0 codes on my acton obd2 reader. Any suggestions what could be wrong with my truck?

Because you disconnected the battery you need to reset the security system first. Try that if no manual look online on how to do it.

I reset security system and still does not run just cranks as before now the fuel gage is reading 0 miles on gas tank and the fuel gas is on the e mark even though yesterday I put in half a tank before this issue happened.

Then get it scanned as I think your security system has screwed up someplace.A shop will have to scan it.

Ok I reset the battery and reset the security system the fuel gauge works now and the mileage on the car displays I have trace that when I start the car I check for fuel pressure at the fuel rail nipple with fuel pressure gauge and no pressure can be detected there could the fuel filter have clogged up to point were there would be no fuel going to the fuel rail? Or do you think the fuel pump could have burn out?

It has a fuse and relay underhood so check those first switch relay with a like one.
If it is ok then it still ay be the security system or the pump
