engine cranking but no start/no fault code

engine cranking but not start. scanned but no fault codes found,only 4X4 light is flashing. no sound of fuel pump during cranking or if ignition on.
fuel pump plug connector has been checked and found as following :
when we removed connecting plug out there are electrical signal with ignition on , but after re-connected to the fuel pump there are no signal.
fuel pump's relay is okay.

Any help please.

Power to the pump with key on is normal, that is the prime signal. Loss of that after two to three seconds is normal as the ECM waits for a signal from the crank and cam sensors to tell it the engine has started on the initial prime of fuel and it can turn on the pump. From your description I would start by looking at the crank sensor and see if the ECM is getting a signal from it. 99% of the time, that sensor can fail and not set a code.

no power to fuel pump, but when we removed fuel pump out side and connected with direct power, it works !
at the same time when we feed engine with fuel throw manifold , engine started.
I think it looks like problem with relay (relay it self or wiring) or security system.
I will replace the relay with new one and confirm to you.

Security system on that vehicle shuts off both the ignition and pump so if it runs on fuel spray it is not the anti-theft.
As it runs it could be the relay or signal to it.

Fuel pump relay has been replaced with new one and it's OK now.
