The engine of our TL-S will crank but not start?

The engine of our TL-S will crank but not start. Putting spray into the intake, it will start briefly, then shut off. Changed fuel pump and tried new main relay. No way to know if it’s the timing chain. I’ve read about rich/lean but don’t know at all how to approach that. What can we do next?

If the MAP sensor stops working, it will not trigger the PCM to start the fuel pump. I would run the codes to see what comes up as well. Here are two guides to help and the location of the sensor in the images below:
