Engine Cooling Fan not functioning?

The two cooling fans are not functioning, it has been bypassed using relay before now. Please could I get the circuit wire diagram for the cooling fans to reconnect it to it normal circuit? And at what conditions should the fans come on?

The cooling fans should come on when the engine is above normal operating range and anytime the A/C is operating. here is a guide to help you check the wiring and the cooling fan wiring diagrams as requested:

There is a coolant temperature sensor in the bottom of the radiator I have seen go out and cause the cooling fans not to come on. Here is the location so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Let us know what you find.
