Engine overheating

engine overheats, changed thermostat. The water pump seems to be working, the belts are good, and no leaks are visible. fans work, but still overheats.

Hello,

An engine can overheat due to a number of reasons.
It could be for having a bad water pump, faulty radiator, contaminated or low coolant level, clog in the cooling system and of course stuck thermostat (that you have already replaced) and inoperative cooling fan.

I replaced the coolant temperature sensor. no more problems, seems to have been a bad sensor this time.
