I was in heavy mud and under my hood is filthy. Is there anything that I can't get wet?

Hello, I'm Danny.

Yes, there are a few things to stay away from to be safe. Mostly the computer control. I would mask off the alternator, PCM, under hood junction block, and any other computer. This would be a good safeguard to prevent any glitches from happening. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

I would avoid using a pressure washer on that vehicle under the hood. FCA connectors are real bad for having sealing issues and there are a lot of them. If possible you would want to use more of a house pressure line and still stay away from much of the electronics.
