Check the following; make sure there are no engine vacuum leaks. Also, check the idle air control (IAC) for proper operation and make sure there it is clean. Make sure the throttle body is clean and not slugged. Finally, with that many miles, keep in mind engine compression could be an issue. If there is more than a ten percent variation between cylinders, you could get a rough idle. However, since it will not idle, chances are it is one of the items I mentioned.
