There is a engine rattle coming from the right side of the motor.It comes when you start to pull a hill or goes under load.If you back off the accelerator and start again it goes away

trying to diag an engine noise without hearing it is a tough question.

it sounds like you may have something going on in the lower end of the motor like a main or rod bearing.
