Hello,
There are several factors that go into when a vehicle is tired and should be avoided when buying a used car. They are how it was driven, mostly city driving [stop and go] or highway miles. Was the vehicle serviced regularly or was it not maintained properly? If you are not a smoker, was it smoked in. Did the previous owner have kids, or was he a slob? There is no real formula to determine how many miles is too much and to pass over a vehicle, but let's assume the vehicle was properly maintained, driven a lot of highway miles by a clean individual, then this vehicle is just barely getting broken in. You should consider these factors and make your choice wisely. I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Alex
