When driving over 70 MPH the engine runs rough and the car shakes

Car feels really rough, body of the car shakes. Only when I go over 70mph. I have had air ride suspension and alignment done a couple years ago.

Hi,

The first things I recommend checking are the tires and tire balance. Have you done that? Check to see if there is anything that may indicate a belt shifted or damaged in the tire. If the tires are good, then try having the balance checked.

I will try. The tires are about a year and a half old. It has been sitting the last 6 months or so because I was driving a company truck. Had some misfire issues before that and have replaced all coils and plugs.
