Hi, how are you all? Three days ago, it shut down on me on the highway. And wouldn’t start back up, it’ll just click once. One day before that when I was warming the truck up it was some kind of noise in the engine but stopped after the car was warm. And my oil pressure oil pressure gauge been jumping back and forth, and my oil dipstick was kind of dry. Need help thanks.

Hi,

If the battery is good, I have a concern (based on your description) the engine is locked. If you can, take a socket and place it on the crankshaft center bolt within the pulley.

With a breaker bar, see if you can turn the engine.

Try this and let me know what you find. Also, is there a chance it could be a battery-related issue?

Here is a simple way to load test the battery at home:

Let me know.
