Grinding vibration noise when transmission is put into reverse

I have the car listed above (GT model) just had a hydraulic engine mount put on and the car makes a funny noise when you put it in reverse. It is like a grinding vibration type noise. When it’s in park the car is kind of facing down wards it makes the same noise.

There are upper strut mounts on the engine and 2 lower engine mounts to support the engine.
