When I was driving my truck today, when I got up between 50-60 mph the vehicle begins to jerk and miss a little when I accelerated. I just replaced 1 ignition coil on Friday. I was wondering what is causing the jerking?

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Is the check engine light coming on when the engine is running? If it is, have you checked for diagnostic trouble codes?

Also, have you checked fuel pressure?

Let me know.
