When trying to accelerate engine chugs and jerks

When I get to about forty mph and step on gas to accelerate quickly it starts to chug and jerk, then I have to take my foot off and push gently on pedal and accelerate slowly. It also happens around fifty and sixty mph.

Be sure to use OEM parts and clean the throttle bore as well.
