How to tell if a prospected car listed above had "the fix" done by Ford's recall of for the power that was not advertised?

Any Ford dealer can enter the VIN into the Ford's web site and see if there is any outstanding recalls. Those pertain to safety, emissions, and sometimes customer satisfaction issues. There will also be a real lot of service bulletins that cover every car model. Those are not recalls. They are to help mechanics solve hard-to-diagnose recurring problems faster. Those are not tracked to know if they were looked at.
