I have the car listed above z28 that i just bought back from a friend i sold it too. He was driving it and out of nowhere the car stopped working.
I replaced the distributor, wires, spark plugs, alternator, and water pump. Fuel pump, coil and ignition module.
I noticed that when i cranked the car the eng sensor fuse popped. So, i decided to take off the pigtail off the coil and replace the fuse with a new one. i put the key back to the crank position and the fuses didn't pop, so i decided to put the pigtail back on the coil. Once i put it back on, it pops the fuse right away.
The car was broken into, and the ignition cylinder turns to the start position by itself without a keykey. The car does turn over but doesn't turn one I'm guessing because the eng sensor fuse. Need help please.

I know you said you replaced the coil, but it sounds like the coil is shorted. There is an ignition coil module as well, did you replace that? Here are the engine and eng sensor wiring diagrams so you can see what that fuse powers and how the coil is wired.

Yes, i replaced both. When i put the key in the crank position it blows the fuse only when the coil is connected. That's with the old and new one. when it's not connected it doesn't blow the fuse.

The ignition fuse #11 is what powers the ignition coil, is that the fuse that blows? Is the wiring in good shape? I see that the oxygen sensors run off of the ENG sensor fuse.

Just the oxygen sensors and the mass air flow sensor, so I would unplug that as well to see if the fuses still pops.
