end release seat belts are broken

My 1995 Dodge Dakota Sport front seat belt release buttons for the middle and passenger side are broken. The shoulder and lap belt are fine, it is just the end release buttons that are broken. I would like to replace the end release buttons without having to purchase the seat belt. Do you know where I might be able to do so?

Have you tried a wrecker? you should be able to get the stalk section there.
