Emissions and OBD2 port?

I have the Titan XD with the 5.0 Cummins engine. I can’t figure out which fuse feeds the OBD2 port. I found this out by have a DEF warning light come on saying x amount of mile until 5mph (or limp mode activation). Any info on where to start would be great. Also, any info on possible emission recalls on the truck?

Those were correct. I apologize for the double questions. I’m new to this site. I also realized that there was an aftermarket GPS tracker installed inline with the OBD2 port. I’ve owned the truck for just a few months and glad I saw it now. Thanks again for the help and I hope you have a Blessed evening!!!
