Truck engine light will come on for a week or couple days then go off for a while then back on. Advance read the code and said it could be vapor canister or vapor solenoid or filter but when you look it up online it shows fuel injectors or o2 sensor or catalyst converter spark plugs. What is it really?

Okay, that codes indicates a failed cat converter for bank 2.

You need a new converter. I attached some possible parts for you to view. The catalytic converter is one assembly that contains both cats. One for bank 1 and one for bank 2.

That is not a list of parts, it is possibilities only.

If you do not have an exhaust leak, then it is the catalytic converter. Roy

If you had one, it would be loud.

To find it, have someone hold there hand over the exhaust pipe at the rear with a rag in there hand and look for a rush of air. That will be the leak.

It is not loud but people have told me it sounds like a exhaust leak, but not really sure I understand. If there is air that comes out exhaust all the time how would you tell if rush air comes out?

You need to get under the truck with it running and someone blocking off the exhaust at the rear. Look, feel and smell for the leak. You need to get up and close.

No, it will not. They usually last about 100,000 miles and they wear out.

The only other factor is a poor running engine with misfires. That melts the internals but you would have complained about other engine related codes.
