Not allowing fuel to be put into tank

I have the truck listed above 1794 edition. I changed the charcoal canister and the purge valve solenoid. It still will not let pump gas. The gas pump clicks every time I try put gas in my truck, but it let pump gas in the tank slow.

Hello,

This is common when the tank vent tube gets kinked or plugged. Please use a flash light to inspect the vent tubes. Here are diagrams below to show you the tank components and the vent tubes. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Thank you. I just wanted to know if the tank has a screen in it to stop stuff going inside the tan. This is the stuff when I took off the hose to my gas. Nothing in the hose. This is stuck in the entrance of my tank.

Humm, looks like vandalism. Remove the filler neck to clean, I would remove the tank as well to flush the fuel and clean the tank out. Upload more pics when you can.
