My car has fail my mot on emissions what do i look at I have put a new 02 sensor on my emissions are co0.96 hc310ppm lambda1.02. Secoud fast idle test was co0.75 he 221 ppm lambda 1.00

It sounds like the cat converter is weak, here is an article how how to test it and change it
