About Two weeks ago, auto not having much power when driving. Son did complete tune-up replacing spark plugs, wires, coil. It is running 80% better but still rough. It was checked on machine at a auto supply store which indicated numbers four and five plugs not working 100%.

Forgot to mention emission light will not go off

Check compression's, check for vacuum leak at inlet manifold, check injectors if all else is okay, start here.

Hello,

To me it sounds like you may have a blown head gasket between to cylinders which a compression test will confirm. (two low cylinders)

Here is a guide to help you get the job done.

This guide can help as well

Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Cheers, Ken

It's just car stuff, it will pass. When doing the job next time get OEM parts they cost more but worth it. Amazon has good prices on OEM parts.

The cost of "checking problem" & repair came to $137. Awful amount since the cost of coil was $63 & 2 min to install by son himself. Oh well. Already in debt up to ears.
