My key card is not working. I need to get my car towed but this is not possible when the handbrake is engaged.

How do I manually turn off the electric handbrake?

Hey NIC0903,

Unfortunately we do not have the information here for your vehicle.

Electric park brake systems usually have a release for the situation you are in.

The owners manual will include a section on towing and how to wind off the park brake.

If you do not have the manual i would advise calling a Renault dealer and asking them to run you through the process over the phone.
