Happened to me a few months ago I replaced the relay and it started working again and now it stopped. Everything is good all relays and fuses. I wonder if a bad blower motor or resistor can make this happen?

Welcome to 2CarPros.

A bad motor can cause it. However, if the resister was bad, under normal conditions it will still work high. Also, the relay could be bad as well.

I attached two pictures. The first shows the resister and the second the relay location.

Here is a link that explains how to check a relay:

Let me know what you find.

Joe

Welcome back:

It is possible. I hate to say it, but I feel the computer needs scanned for codes. This vehicle will provide codes related to the HVAC system. They are different than the typical P type engine codes. The problem is a scanner that can read all codes is needed. By any chance can you gain access to one? My concern is although I feel you may be right, I would hate to see you replace the module and find it isn't the issue. If I recall, it isn't a cheap item. Just to let you see what I see, look at the attached pics. They are specific climate control concerns. Each one is related to a different code. If you see anything there you feel fits what you are dealing with, please let me know. I'll be happy to provide the diagnostics for it.

Let me know.

Take care,
Joe
