Electronic climate control setting vague

Hi, hard to set to specific temperature. can get hot or cold but in between temperatures are difficult to regulate.

Good morning,

The lights are internal in the control head and are not serviceable. The control head would have to be replaced.

I attached a picture of the control head and it is not hard to remove.
