My cars dash and power won't work turn on ..and even a green light near the ignition turn on even when the battery is dead I have a good battery tho ..I checked the battery ,terminal and fuse box connectionswith a light up voltage check and it lights up when I place it to those specific parts ...

You will have to get a diagionstic scan done to see if there are any codes set, not all codes will set a MIL, double check battery with a load tester, check all terminals and fuses ect, do not presume that anything is ok, test all again to be sure, start here.
