The first thing you might want to check is the fuel pressure.You might have a weak or failing fuel pump that isn't supplying enough pressure when under load or acceleration.If you don't have access to a tester most auto parts stores have a tool loaner program and can rent you one.Here is a tutorial showing how to test:

There is fuel getting to the engine and there’s plenty of juice from the battery and starter but no spark.

Oh, okay. So you're not getting spark is the problem? By any chance is the check engine light on or any codes stored? Let me know and we'll go from there. Here is a tutorial on how to check obd1 codes:

Yeah, i did the starter fluid trick for fuel. I replaced the ICM and distributor cap and still nothing. Are there any sensors or valves that might kamikaze itself?

I've attached a bunch of diagnostic flow charts and instructions on how to test for a crank-no start condition. There are 2 different 4.3 engines available in your Blazer and only 1 of the 2 have a crankshaft position sensor.I would need the 8th digit of your VIN - vehicle identification number to confirm.
