Battery tests at 12.2 volts no power to any device-ignition, lights, radio, remote.

Good morning,

The battery is very low. It is about 30%. 12.4 to 12.6 is what you need to make all the systems come online.

I would charge the battery clean the cables and retest. Dirty battery cables will cause connection issues and will not allow voltage out of the battery.
