coil number 1 and 3 are not firing, while number 2 and 4 are firing. what could be the problem?

Hi,
Please understand, this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so my technical information is extremely limited. However, I will try my best to help.
Did the problem happen all at once? Also, what diagnostic trouble codes have been found? If you switch coils 1 and 3 with 2 and 4, does the misfire change cylinder?

The problem just happened at once, and there are no diagnosis trouble that have been found and when you swap the coil they start firing.
