I don't even know where to begin. The problems are many. I took my car to a certified (ya okay) mechanic one year ago because when ever I hit the drive door lock my trunk would fly open, and if I hit the trunk open button on driver door the gas tank door as well would open. At that time my car would sometimes crank sometimes not.(Crankshaft sensor). Well now $2,200.00 later the mechanic changed my spark plugs, replaced my crankshaft and new battery, and coil boots. But low and behold my doors till unlock at will, my gas door does open with door button, I cannot use driver door to lock other doors, my car still sometimes refuses to start, and I get a message saying anti theft fault, the alarm will go off when I'm getting out of the car, and jeez the list is long. I might mention that when I want to start my car I first have to turn the key to on, and wait until all the system dings finish, wait 20 seconds then I can start it. Help

This does sound like an add issue which most likely is causes by a battery issue.

Let's start with getting the battery load tested. Here is a guide that will help with this:

Then we need to check and make sure the battery cables are clean and tight.

If they are then we need to check the ground wire and make sure it is not a cable issue. You do this by checking the resistance to ground from the negative battery cable.

Let's run through this material and go from there. Thanks
