Power seats on both sides and passenger side power windows are not working

The power seats on both sides do not work at all on my extended cab. Also the windows on the passenger side do not either. I've checked the fuses and all appear to be good. As far as the seats go their is only one breaker box under the d/s dash. I cannot believe that all the breakers would have gone bad all at once. Plus I do have ground to the seat switches but no positive.

Can you check for power at the PDM #9 fuse interior fuse panel? here is a guide and the fuse location:
