Car will not get power unless on jumper cables but still will not start. Just replaced alternator and battery. Need help.

I have seen the TIPM go out and cause this problem, but to be sure we should do a CAN scan, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
