Electrical problems?

Windows won't roll up, car won't start, no/little reaction to key turn, stereo didn't work, headlights won't work. Battery looks fine along with the cables connecting it. Nothing looks wrong at first glance inside the hood.

The battery can still be bad even though it looks good, I would remove the battery and take it to the auto parts store where they can test it. Is this the original battery? If so, it is very likely the battery needs to be replaced. Here is a guide to help you test the battery yourself, but I would try charging it first, here are 2 guides to help us fix the problem:
