Headlights, turn signals, hazard lights, windows, radio, speedometer gauge, tachometer, don't work. The oil, coolant level, ABS, battery, airbag, check engine, and parking brake indicators all shown across my dash board.
my dome lights, brake lights, and heater/AC work, the vehicle turns on and drives like normal. Brake lights only work when I press the brake pedal. What could this be? Multiple people say it's blown fuses, a short in the fuse box itself, ground wire issue, alternator going bad, loose wire, or battery is dying. Please help ASAP.

More then likely you have a failure with the front control module (FCM) or the power distribution module (PDM) which houses the FCM.

You mentioned the TIPM but your vehicle was prior to the TIPM so it is a bit different. On your vehicle, you can replace the FCM separate from the PDM.

I attached the instructions below that will help with replacement of both of these. I would suggest checking to make sure the connections to the PDM are tight before you replace anything. Then I would move forward with replacement.

Let's run through this process and let me know if you have questions. Thanks
