When I turn on high beams it stalls and when low beams are on and I turn my left turn signal on the right light blinks with it, doesn’t happen on the other side. All relays are good as well as fuses.

Hello, it sounds like the body control module may have gone bad, or you have a wiring issue. Is the check engine light on?

Somethings going on with the body control module. It controls all the blinker circuits and is in communication with the engine computer. Unless there's a bunch of wires that have melted together. All the power and ground wires to the body control module need to be checked.

You can try unless it's a wiring issue.
