Hi Ken, I took all my centre console out but you can't get to the grounding point m66, I did check all connections and wiggled wires to see if any were loose but all seemed fine. I also put a multimeter on pin 21 and 22 for the unified meter power but there was no reading? I think I did it right lol. Really hope you can help me out Ken. Thank you.

Pin #21 should be battery power with the key on. It gets its power from the fuse #19 from the interior fuse panel. Please use this guide to confirm there is power and that the fuse is not blown:

Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes

I've checked all fuses with a test light in the drivers footwell, by the battery and the IPDM there all good but I put a multimeter on the two arrowed pins while the engine was running, and the ground was touching the gear shift bolt and got no reading of voltage to either pin? Thank you Ken.

Also, I looked at your images where is the fuse 19 located, as I will double check it with a multimeter? Thanks.

Yep, you should have power where you are showing me. Check the fuse for power and let me know.

Do you have power at the red/wht wire with the key on? Fuse # 19 is two away from fuse #21.

Is this the fuses in the footwell, as I'm getting confused with the numbers as 21 is a pin in the a/c amplifier block connector. Do you mean check pin 19 or am I looking for fuse 19? If I'm looking for a fuse, would it be in the footwell, IPDM or near the battery? Thanks Ken.

It would be fuse #19 in the fuse panel inside the car.

Hi Ken, I downloaded the service manual and had a look through that last night, and I have fixed it all, thank you. I was getting power through fuse 19 but as you can see from this image of the manual it says to also check fuse 10, 11, 12 which I thought I did but guess what I missed one lol Fuse 10 was only coming on one side of the fuse, so checked it and blown! Changed it and presto everything is working again. Thanks again for your time and help really has saved me  350 the dealership wanted for a diagnostic.
