Intermittent electrical issue

Do each of them go out at the same time? If so, I suspect we have an issue with either the body control module or the power distribution center. However, we need a little bit more info about this. Do they come back on by themselves? How often do they do this?

Yes, they all go out at once and come back on at the same time and come back on by themselves. They do it pretty frequently as well. In the matter of five minutes the radio and everything will cut on and off two or three times. You can also hear something clicking in the dashboard when it goes in and out.

Okay, If the clicking is in relation to these issues then we need to consider that a relay that is clicking on and off. Take a look at the attachment of the junction block. I am hoping we can remove this cover and listen for the clicking coming out of here and then even if you can try to feel the relays when they are clicking. If it is one of these then you can feel it when it is going on and off to try to narrow it down.

Is there any chance that the noise could be coming from under the hood and it just sounds like it is coming from the dash?

Sorry for the late response it took a while for the car to do it again. It is definitely not coming from under the hood. The noise appears to be coming from the center right side behind the instrument panel as best I know.

It’s also affecting the A/C vents.

The only thing that I can find that would make sense is the junction block/BCM. It is actually located on the firewall between the engine and behind the dash. I attached the instructions on this but all these components are run through this junction block and BCM so it is the only thing that makes sense.
