The motor turned off just like if you had turned off with key has not started since?

okay. The wire harness that plugs in to the three coil packs has a wire that comes out of the harness and has a small resistor block on it and is mounted to the valve cover next to oil spout. Its purpose is road noise for the radio. that wire and all three red wires in harness are connected. The casing on this wire had become brittle and was showing exposed wire. While the engine was running the wire got arched to the valve cover. The motor turned off just like if you had turned off with the key. And has not started since. i figured i had blown a fuse. i had no blown fuses. i have replaced all relay switches. i have replaced sensors i felt were associated with ignition and spark. cam and crank sensors. but still, it turns over but won't start. even tried a different ECU that had same part numbers.

So, I can assume it does not have spark, correct? Also, the wire has been repaired? There is an ignition failure sensor at the top of the engine that can short out when this happens. Also, at the coil check for ground at the blk wires, this guide can help:

Here is the location of the ignition failure sensor so you can swap it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
