I was coming home from work when all of a sudden, my dash lit up with all the door lights and brake light and battery light came on. I figured probably just needed to clean up some wires and or the battery terminals and connections. did all that and still the lights are on. I've driven it to and from work like these the past 2 days and my battery is still good with 100% health and 99% state of charge. Any ideas would be very appreciated, thank you in advance.

This is common when the driver side multiplex unit goes out. Here are the instrument cluster wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works with the driver side multiplex unit. I would check the power and grounds to the cluster and if okay I would replace the driver side multiplex unit.

Quick question, could not having the correct size battery cause the warning lights to stay lit? Just curious. Thank you in advance.

Not really, but I would test the alternator to make sure it is working.

Since I haven't had a chance to run the tests I had to drive to work and all the dash lights stay on except the abs and it seems to be holding a charge and hasn't died on me yet why is that?

Sometimes the alternator will charge a little bit, if the battery light is on I would do the test.
