Two questions about the lights: first, can I swap out the high voltage headlights that hold a charge for the regular headlights on say a Honda Accord of the same year, and if yes, what does it entail? And second, I replaced the fog light bulbs and about two months later the fuse and one bulbs were blown. Now I get a blown fuse whenever I try to turn the food lights on whether the bulbs are good or not. thoughts?
