I really have no issue-just a question, where do I hook-up the leads for a remote starter switch? This way I can diagnose an issue by turning the car over while I am under the hood.

Any help will be appreciated

What is your question? Did you buy a remote starter alarm system and need to know how to wire the system? Or is there something else you are asking? The easiest way to do this would be to have a friend crank the car over while you do your test?

Hi Renee,
I think he has a remote starter button, that you can get from auto store, has two leads and a button. You hook the leads up on the two wires at the starter motor, then hit button to crank. I have one, the leads on mine aren't very long, not long enough to get me out from under vehicle.
Just make sure tranny is in park or neutral and functional parking brake is set. You don't want to crank with vehicle in gear. Dave, safety is your responsibility.
I don't usually butt-in on other moderators. Sorry about that. Everybody have a good day.
