Hi,

If I understand correctly, the battery light turns on when a load is placed on the electrical system, correct?

If that is the case, I need you to perform a simple test. All you will need is a multimeter or voltmeter. We are going to check the alternator output. Follow the directions in this link and let me know what you find.

If you are unable or don't have a meter, stop at a local parts store and have them both load test the battery and check the alternator.

Also, make sure the battery terminals are both clean and tight.

Let me know what you find.

Take care,

Joe
