Shortly after I acquired the vehicle listed above the front electronics, power windows, door locks, a/c blower, wipers, headlights, etc., would go off and come back on shortly after, eventually they went off and stayed off. I did computer resets and got things working, but they eventually went off after a few days, a few hours or a few minutes. I took it to an auto repair shop, they ran diagnostics and determined that it needed a central junction box, but within days everything, miraculously, started working again and worked fine for 5 months until the other day when it started all over again. Could this be just a bad connection, a bad ground or a bad front electronic module?

Hi,

Certainly, it could be a faulty connection. If I understand correctly, the CJB was replaced and worked for a time period. Is it doing the same thing as before? When this happens, does anything other electric stop working?

Here is what I'm suggest. When this happens, remove the CJB under the driver's side and wiggle the wire connectors on the rear of it. There should be five of them. See if things start working.

Also, even before removing it, locate the wiring harnesses going to it. Try to move them around first to see if things change.

I attached a pic below of the CJB location.

Let me know what you find.

Joe
