I had a run-down battery that I jumped.the window problem started a few minutes after getting it running.

Hello,
Please check Fuse #33(30A) in the fuse panel located in the left of the dash panel. In the diagrams down below I have included a wiring diagram of the power window circuit for your vehicle as well as a diagram of the under dash fuse panel and a callout. Please check the fuse and get back to us with what you are able to find out.
