Electrical issues after jumping car and cables were switched

I had someone help jump my car and the cables were switched. I have recharged my battery, replaced all of the fuses but I have no panel, heat/AC, no gauges, power locks/windows, break lights and my car won't shift into gear. The car starts now, and the headlights work and the dome light still comes on when the door opens. Do I need to change the relays?
