Dash light and taillights will not go off?

Dash light and taillights will not go off. Even when the key is removed.

It sounds like the park lamp relay is stuck on. I would swap it out which should fix the problem. here is the location of the relay so you can make it happen. It is in the rear fuse panel. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
